At Kozmo Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your journey.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes back in their original Kozmo box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
